“Firestarter” (1984) is a supernatural horror film directed by Mark L. Lester, based on Stephen King’s 1980 novel of the same name. The film stars Drew Barrymore, who was a child actor at the time, as Charlie McGee, a young girl with powerful pyrokinesis—the ability to start fires with her mind.
